Returns
- You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
 - To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
 - You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
 - To start a return, please contact us at info@kitchnbarn.store. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.
 - Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
 
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
 - Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
 - Personal care items (such as beauty products)
 - Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
 - Gift cards and sale items
 
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange is to return the item and place a new order once the return is approved.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If you are in the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, without justification.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
 - Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
 - Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
